J’aide… et moi qui m’aide ?

L’Apei de Lens crée un service d’aide aux familles et aidants.

Qui peut solliciter le service ?

 

Toute famille et aidant de personne en situation de handicap résidant l’une des 36 communes de la communauté d’agglomération de Lens-Liévin, que le proche soit suivi ou non par l’Apei de Lens et environs.
[ Un aidant c’est quoi ?
« Toute  personne venant en aide, à titre non professionnel, à une personne dont les capacités physiques ou intellectuelles sont amoindries (liées à un handicap, à l’avancée en âge, une maladie, etc.) »
C’est donc VOUS, familles, amis et proches ! ]

Pour quoi ?
Répondre encore mieux aux besoins exprimés par les familles et aidants, leur apporter un espace d’écoute, d’informations, de soutien, de parole.

Ce que le service vous propose

 

  • Des rencontres individuelles : si vous souhaitez être reçu, conseillé, orienté, et exposer votre situation en toute confidentialité.

 

  • Des réunions d'information : pour bénéficier d’informations sur des thèmes variés en présence d’experts (tutelle, ressources, succession, aide sociale, droits, MDPH…).

 

  • Des cafés conviviaux entre familles et aidants: pour échanger entre familles et aidants de vos difficultés du quotidien, vous soutenir, partager des conseils et expériences.

 

  • Un espace documentaire : Pour vous documenter, emprunter des ouvrages, échanger autour de lectures lors des cafés conviviaux.
