L'Apei de Lens et environs emploie aujourd'hui près de 300 travailleuses et travailleurs en situation de handicap, accompagnés par une équipe pluridisciplinaire de 60 personnes sur 3 sites (Lens, Grenay et Loison-sou-Lens).

  • Accompagner les personnes qui en ont la capacité à accéder au travail en milieu ordinaire
  • L'accès à une vie sociale et professionnelle grâce à une structure et à des conditions de travail aménagées
  • Proposer un travail à chaque personne en fonction de ses potentialités
  • Permettre la reconnaissance du travail des personnes en situation de handicap via des certifications
