Foyer de Vie Les Glycines

 

Ouvert en 1995, le Foyer de Vie Les Glycines est financé et contrôlé par le Conseil Départemental du Pas-de-Calais avec une participation financière des personnes accompagnées.

 

Avec le Service d'Accueil de Jour Le Domaine des Ecureuils, ils forment le Pôle Habitat et Vie Sociale. Le foyer accueille des personnes de plus de 20 ans sur orientation de la commission des Droits et de l'Autonomie.

 

Grâce à un Projet de Vie personnalisé, les personnes accompagnées bénéficient d'un suivi leur offrant une qualité de vie qui prend en compte leur épanouissement personnel et intime.
