| Remise des RAE et VAE pour les travailleurs du Pôle Travail

Grâce au dispositif Déqualco les travailleurs en situation de handicap peuvent passer des Validation et Reconnaissance des Acquis d’Expérience (VAE, RAE).

 

L’objectif de ce dispositif de Groupement Coopératif Médico-Social est de DEvelopper les QUALicfications et COmpétences (Déqualco) des travailleurs d’ESAT, Entreprises Adaptées et IMPro.

 

Ces certifications tendent à développer l’inclusion en milieu de travail ordinaire.

 

Preuve de son efficacité depuis 2014, 844 RAE et 3 VAE ont été délivrées !

 

Un bel événement pour célébrer les victoires et les fêtes de fin d’année, où professionnels, travailleurs et familles ont pu se réunir.

 

C’était également l’occasion d’officialiser l’arrivée de Madame Josette Chochoi (déléguée à l’insertion des élèves handicapés et du contrôle de la scolarisation des élèves à domicile) qui représente la ville de Lens, au Conseil d’Administration de l’Apei de Lens et environs.
