| LES ESAT : un rôle vital et inclusif pour le droit au travail pour tous

Rappeler le rôle important des ESAT, c’est ce qu’a souhaité faire un collectif réunissant les principaux acteurs impliqués dans la création et la gestion des ESAT.

 

En 2019, alors qu'un rapport avait été lancé pour étudier la pertinence et l’utilité des établissements et services d’aide par le travail (ESAT), un collectif de structures et d’organisations représentatives du secteur du travail protégé s’est constitué pour leur apporter quelques éléments de réflexions.

 

En 2021, ce collectif confirme le rôle majeur et la place essentielle des ESAT dans la société inclusive. Mais pas que. Ils permettent l'accès au travail à des personnes vivant avec un handicap. En plus d’éviter l’isolement social,ils apportent à chaque travailleur un soutien médico-social.

 

L'Apei de Lens et environs soutient sans réserve les affirmations du collectif auquel participe l’Unapei, et se rappelle publiquement la pertinence, les valeurs et l’utilité sociale des ESAT au profit de personnes qui, de fait, sont les plus éloignées de l’emploi.
