| Communauté 360 : trouvez des solutions de proximité

Depuis début juin, un numéro d’appel national à destination des personnes en situation de handicap et proches aidants – le 0800 360 360 – est ouvert.

Ce numéro s’adresse aux personnes sans solution, qui ne savent pas à qui s’adresser, ou dont la situation nécessite des réponses coordonnées ou de proximité.

Comment ça marche ?

Dès qu’une personne compose le numéro d’appel :
0 800 360 360, elle doit ensuite saisir le numéro de son département. Elle est mise en relation avec des professionnels d’associations de son département qui écoutent sa demande et l’orientent vers la solution la mieux adaptée à sa situation.

Parmi les 12 départements pionniers figure le Pas de Calais. L’Apei de Lens a répondu positivement pour faire partie de la communauté 360. Un professionnel est détaché ponctuellement pour répondre au téléphone et orienter les appelants.
